The is like the pocket bikes that are being riden by children around our local neighborhoods. The pocket bikes are very easy to obtain and they don't require license to operate. At least in the states they don't. The mini choppers are smaller versions of full size choppers. Most are powered by gas but you may find one or two powered by rechargeable battery. In terms of motor size and speed. The engines used in these mini choppers are usually around 49cc. But their are times you could see more or less.
